Booking Policies

Helpful Guidelines

To ensure we can accommodate everyone fairly, please keep these reservation details in mind.

Cancellation Window

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 25% charge of the reserved service amount. No-shows will result in a 50% charge.

Color Reservation Fee

Due to high demand, there is a non-refundable $25 to $50 reservation fee for all color appointments, which is deducted from your final bill.

Sanitization Protocol

We continue to follow cleaning guidelines. Please sanitize your hands upon entering. If you are feeling sick, we will be happy to reschedule.
